The fundamental aim of our Human Resources Policy is to execute contemporary Human Resources process in line with the other departments towards the vision and targets of Evar.
To this end, among our responsibilities, we as Human Resources Management see selecting, improve, assess our business colleagues, increasing their motivation, ensuring them feel belonging to the company and manage them.
1) The principle of equal treatment to all company employees without any discrimination based on language, race, color, gender, politics and philosophy, religion, sect and other subjects is a must. The required measures were taken to protect the cited fundamental constitutional rights of the employees.
2) We select human resource of our company among the candidates who are open for improvement, have competence for the job, absorb and maintain company values, on the basis of equal opportunities.
3) Management style is to “continue existence as a company adopting total quality principle and participative management style, based on mutual trust and respect, acting suitable with the laws and ethical rules.”
4) Job descriptions and performance standards were prepared starting from the highest level till the lowest level, and such system is used as the basis for evaluation of personnel performance.
5) Performance appraisal is conducted based on realization of individual targets and individual competences of the personnel. Performance appraisal is based on concrete and quantifiable targets, and, accordingly, is quite objective. Successful personnel are recognized, we reward and encourage them.
6) We give opportunity for the works with which our employees would contribute to our company, and evaluate their suggestions. We prepare creative working environment and grow with the creativity of our employees.
7) Ensuring safe ambience and conditions is a subject to which the Company attaches immense importance. All legal measures are taken to prevent the occupational risks, protect health and safety, and eliminate risk and accident factors pursuant to the “Regulations on Occupational health and Safety”. Improvement works continue seamlessly with the regular meetings.
8) “Lifelong Improvement” is our philosophy, and internal and external training programs are applied as per a plan determined at all levels to ensure contribution of our personnel.
